The arrival of Belarusian bison in the Muradymovsky Gorge has significantly increased the number of visitors to the park. Niyaz Fazylov, head of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Bashkortostan, stated this in an interview with the Bashkortostan Regional Center for Environmental Management.
"We currently have 23 bison living here. The animals are doing well, and once the snow sets in, they will descend to their enclosure. The park is open to all visitors," Fazylov noted.
As a reminder, the restoration of the Bashkortostan bison population began in January 2023, following the initiative of the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov.
