

Three municipalities in Bashkortostan received awards at the All-Russian "Best Municipal Practice" competition in Moscow. This year, the republic was one of the most active participants in the contest and was recognized in three categories.
Ayrat Aminev, head of the Abzelilovsky District, reported that the awards ceremony took place at the first federal forum and exhibition of municipal practices, "Big Solutions for the Small Homeland." 750 heads and representatives from across the country gathered at one venue.
As a reminder, Bashkortostan's municipalities won a combined 55 million rubles in the competition. The Kamensky Village Council of the Bizhbulyaksky District won in the "Urban Development Policy, Providing a Favorable Living Environment for the Population, and Developing the Housing and Utilities Sector" category with its "Point of Attraction" practice. The rural settlement received 20 million rubles in federal funding. The Tashbulatovsky Village Council of the Abzelilovsky District took second place in the "Improving the Efficiency of Municipal Territory Management" category, raising 15 million rubles. The town of Dyurtyuli took fourth place in the "Modernization of Urban Services through the Implementation of Digital Technologies and Platform Solutions" ("Smart City") category, with its "Modernization of the Management of Heat and Hot Water Supply Systems in Central Heating Substations" initiative.
Bashkortostan Governor Radiy Khabirov commented on the success of the region's municipalities at a government meeting.
"Well done to everyone who participated in the competition and achieved the best results. The Federal Competition Commission, led by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, selected the 50 best initiatives from 29 regions of the country," the Head of the Republic said.
