Vladimir Putin signed decree awarding state awards to residents of Bashkortostan

On December 2, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree awarding state awards to residents of Bashkortostan.

For their significant contributions to strengthening the institution of family and raising children, he awarded the Order of Parental Glory medal to Nadezhda and Andrei Vyalov, Marina and Andrei Novikov, and Nadezhda and Andrei Oleynikov.

The medal "For Work in Culture and Art" was awarded to Minzifa Iskuzhina, vocalist of the Bashkir State Philharmonic and People's Artist of Bashkortostan.
