Bashkortostan residents now have easier access to Gosuslugi documents in Max messenger

Quick access to electronic versions of your documents is now available directly in your Max mobile app profile.

Integration with Gosuslugi allows the most frequently used data to be displayed after a single user consent, the national messenger's press service reported.

As the developers explained, the information will always be at hand – the cards are located in a special "Digital ID" section. Accessing documents does not require biometric authentication, simplifying and speeding up the process.

The current version of the service provides access to electronic copies of a Russian citizen's passport, driver's license, SNILS, compulsory medical insurance policy, and TIN. Vehicle information and essential documents for children will be added later.

To enable this feature:

  1. Update the Max and Gosuslugi mobile apps to the latest versions.
  2. In the Max app, go to the "Digital ID" section.
  3. Select the desired document.
  4. Upon first use, grant permission to process data in the Gosuslugi system.
