Bashkortostan will expand AI in medicine and transportation

Artificial intelligence capabilities are being actively implemented in healthcare, security, and transportation systems. Hospitals and medical organizations in the republic use the MosMedII and Webiomed platforms, and neural networks are used in Ufa to search for missing people and stray animals.

Furthermore, the "Lesokhranitel" system remotely monitors early-stage forest fires and records illegal tree felling.

As Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Andrey Nazarov noted, the pace of AI implementation has become one of the key criteria for assessing the effectiveness of regional authorities. This is in line with the national policy outlined by President Vladimir Putin, which aims to have the contribution of such technologies to the country's GDP reach 11 trillion rubles.
