Camera trap in Bashkiria captured bear's routine before hibernation

A camera trap in the Muradym Gorge Nature Park captured a brown bear visiting a special feeding site in search of food. The footage shows the animal sniffing a salt feeder and, finding nothing interesting, calmly heading back into the forest. The Ministry of Ecology explained that the video reflects a typical bear routine on the eve of hibernation.

According to Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology Kamil Birguliev, the bear population in Bashkiria remains stable — over 5,800 individuals.
