Vladimir Putin awarded head of Askinsky District

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded Dinis Yusupov, the head of the Askinsky District of Bashkortostan, with a Certificate of Honor for his achievements and many years of dedicated service.

Dinis Yusupov became head of the Askinsky District Administration in 2021. Previously, he served as deputy head for social issues and domestic policy and also held the position of chief advisor in the department for work with local governments in the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan for interaction with municipalities.
