Bashkiria faces shortage of snow-removal vehicle drivers
In Bashkiria, municipal utility services are staffed at an average of 73%. Out of the required 3,497 drivers and machine operators, 2,739 are currently employed. Of the 2,842 road workers and janitors needed, 1,877 positions are filled. These figures were announced by the region's Minister of Housing and Utilities, Irina Golovanova, at a government briefing.
The most difficult staffing situation is in Uchaly District (49%), Birsk District (54%), Chishmy District (60%), as well as in Ufa (58%) and Sibay (60%).
