The Russian government has announced the creation of an annual "Digital Solutions" award, designed to support cutting-edge Russian IT projects.
Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko called the award the primary recognition of achievements in digital technology and an incentive for the industry's further development.
Participants are invited to present developments that contribute to the transformation of the economy, public administration, and social spheres. The competition is open to projects of various sizes, from startups to corporate solutions.
The award is divided into eight categories: Information Security, Software, Communications and Telecommunications, Platforms and Services, Artificial Intelligence, Personnel and Education, Public Services, and Information Infrastructure.
Applications will be accepted from September 24 to October 9, 2025. Experts from the Ministry of Digital Development, industry agencies, and IT market leaders will conduct the evaluation. The winners will be announced at the Digital Solutions forum in November.
