

According to Rustem Gazizov, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic's government, as of today, the territory has been fenced, a construction camp has been organized, temporary utility networks have been installed: power supply, water supply, sewage, a video surveillance system has been mounted, and supporting metal structures for the sculpture have been manufactured.
In September, it is planned to begin dismantling the temporary fencing of the mound and proceed to earthworks. The paving stones and granite steps will also be dismantled.
