In Republic of Bashkortostan, head of a district asked residents to throw garbage into containers
The head of the Chishminsky district, Rishat Mansurov, was outraged by the behavior of a resident who left her garbage next to the container.
"Garbage prevents people from approaching the dumpster itself. And all of this could have been avoided if everyone had just carried the garbage half a meter further and put it into the dumpster. This is not about garbage. This is about respect — for neighbors, for workers, for oneself," Rishat Mansurov wrote on social media.
