In Republic of Bashkortostan, camera trap captured moose feeding with their mother
In the reserve, animals are cared for and provided with comfortable conditions.
A camera trap in the Belozersky reserve "caught" a moose cow with her calves feeding at a feeding site. It is known that calves stay with their mother for about a year, learning all the necessary skills for life in the wild.
As Renara Gazina, press secretary of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Bashkortostan, told Bashinform, in the directorate of specially protected natural areas, they not only study animal behavior with the help of cameras but also feed them. Such care for animals improves their chances of survival.
