Hotels in Russia may be allowed to check in via Max messenger

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has proposed allowing hotels and other accommodation facilities to check in tourists via the Max messenger using biometrics. The agency has published a draft resolution.

It is assumed that facilities that use a single biometric system will be able to check in guests via the messenger.
