More than 100 billion rubles allocated for preferential mortgages in Russia
The Russian government has additionally allocated over 100 billion rubles for subsidies for preferential mortgage programs.
It is known that another 53.4 billion will be allocated for family mortgages, 9.6 billion for Far Eastern and Arctic mortgages, and 37.4 billion rubles for subsidizing interest rates on previously issued loans for preferential mortgages, which expired on July 1, 2024.
"The decision will help maintain the availability of programs and support citizens who want to improve their living conditions," the federal cabinet commented.
