As reported by Ildar Imamov, deputy head of the capital and head of the financial department, the changes in the budget are related to an increase in tax and non-tax revenues, initiative payments from the population and sponsors, as well as funds from the republic's budget to finance events and repay the budget loan from its own funds.
Budget funds in 2025 will be used to ensure anti-terrorist protection of schools and kindergartens, apply road markings, and improve the transport interchange on Zaki Validi Street and Salavat Yulaev Avenue. In addition, the appointments include the improvement and repair of sidewalks, the installation of outdoor lighting networks, the enhancement of the Nepeitsevsky Arboretum, and the restoration of playgrounds and sports grounds.
The budget for 2026 is expected to increase by 660 million rubles, and for 2027, by 709 million rubles. Thus, expenses for 2025 will amount to 47.5 billion rubles, for 2026 – 45.2 billion rubles, and for 2027 – 43.8 billion rubles.
