Bashkortostan Ministry of Health discussed drug provision for beneficiaries

As reported by the department, curators of medical districts received up-to-date data on the availability of drugs and medical products from the republican supplier, the State Unitary Enterprise Bashfarmatsiya, to coordinate deliveries. Also, cases in the Blagoveshchensky, Kaltasinsky, and Tatyshlinsky districts were discussed at the meeting.

 "A separate topic is providing patients in outpatient settings without a decision by a medical commission: using the example of one medical organization, we worked out an algorithm that reduces the time it takes to deliver drugs," said Minister Airat Rakhmatullin.

He recalled that those who refused the federal drug benefit can restore it. This is a guarantee of receiving prescribed drugs and medical products, as well as the opportunity to not control this process independently, and therefore not be at risk of deteriorating health. The average cost of providing the benefit is about 20 thousand rubles per year. This is incomparably higher than the funds received as a result of the monetization of the benefit.

You can apply to the Social Fund until October 1. In this case, you will be able to receive medicines starting in 2026.

About 749 thousand residents of Bashkiria have the right to receive medicines. Of these, 319.6 thousand are federal beneficiaries, 429.5 thousand are regional. In January-April 2025, over 707 thousand prescriptions were accepted in the republic for 4.48 billion rubles. The cost of providing one federal beneficiary exceeded 16,000 rubles, and for one regional beneficiary, it was more than 14,000 rubles.
