Bashkortostan Prime Minister congratulated on Russian Air Fleet Day
Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov congratulated aviation workers on the Day of the Russian Air Fleet.
Russian aviation started in 1910 with the first intercity flight on the Farman-III airplane. Bashkortostan joined the development of domestic aviation in 1933, organizing its aviation detachment and opening the first airline.
Today, on the instructions of the head of the region, Radiy Khabirov, the government of Bashkortostan pays excellent attention to air traffic, Andrey Nazarov noted.
Ufa International Airport is now one of the ten largest in Russia, annually serving more than 4 million passengers. Flights depart from it on almost 60 routes, including international destinations. To improve passenger comfort, the Neboart Hotel opened a month ago, available to crews and airline guests.
"Thank you to all aviation workers for your dedication and professionalism! Let the sky always be clean and safe!" the Prime Minister of Bashkiria summed up in his Telegram channel.
