

The Ministry of Health of Bashkiria and the trade union of health workers adopted amendments to the industry agreement regarding support for pedagogical work. According to the document, for the first time in the republic, additional payments for mentoring in the amount of at least 15% of the salary will be introduced.
Doctors and nurses engaged in mentoring, scientific work, training personnel, supervising student practice, or bearing other pedagogical load also receive the right to a vacation of up to 56 days. Also, additional vacations will be provided to the chief doctors for irregular working hours.
The adjustments are related to changes in federal legislation and the structure of doctors' salaries, including an increase in salaries up to 50%, the Republican Trade Union of Doctors reported.
