20-km-long Ufa Necklace section created in Ufa

The Ufa Necklace project is being implemented in Ufa. The city administration announced the creation of a landscaped route from the President Hotel to Lake Teploe, about 20 kilometers long. This became possible thanks to the development of the Karaidel Trail, which connected the Pearl of Aurora with the Akbuzat Trail.

Ufa Mayor Ratmir Mavliev noted that for the city team, it was a challenge to landscape these 7 kilometers, since it was quite problematic to walk or drive here, given the rugged terrain. In addition, a lot of garbage had accumulated in the forest, for the removal of which more than 300 trips were made.

"Thus, we created a single network that is working today. There is lighting, paved paths, recreation areas, and sports grounds. As far as possible, we will fill the area with other infrastructure. If the citizens have worthwhile ideas, we will support them," commented Ratmir Mavliev.
