A representative office of the Information Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia has appeared in the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Bashkortostan. It was created to increase the efficiency and accessibility of interaction with citizens in regional departments through social media and telephones.
In the republic, the inspector for interaction with the public via electronic communication channels, Major of Justice Aliya Safina, is responsible for the work of the center. She has extensive experience as an investigator and remains committed to the life situations that residents of the republic face.
Currently, communication with citizens is carried out through the community's specified telephone lines — vk.com/infocentr_rb, as well as through the inspector's page — vk.com/aliyasafina_infocentr. Already now, on these platforms, each user can ask questions of interest, send requests, and stay up-to-date with news about the activities of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Bashkortostan.
