96% Bashkiria schoolchildren will rest in camps and centers in the summer

And this is 96% of all schoolchildren in the region, the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Andrey Nazarov, reported in his Telegram channel. According to him, over the past 4 years, the network of camps in the republic has significantly expanded: from 1462 in 2021 to 1899 in the current year. The number of year-round country camps has almost doubled - from 29 to 51. More than 200 million rubles were allocated for the repair and improvement of the material and technical base of municipal camps, 9 new specialized year-round camps were opened, and 11 modular buildings were built. This year, even before the start of the season, two new buildings were constructed in the Orlyonok camp in the Baimak district, and the infrastructure in the Mayak camp in the Kiginsky district was completely renovated. The total funding for these events amounted to about 90 million rubles.

"Of course, we pay close attention to children who especially need our support: orphans, children in difficult life situations, as well as children from the families of SVO participants. We accepted 600 children and 50 accompanying persons from the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics to our camps. I remember very well how many good emotions a stay in a children's camp gives, how many friends you make there. I wish the children to spend the rest of the summer usefully and cheerfully, to return home stronger and ready for the new school year," said Andrey Nazarov.
