An electronic children's guide has been created in Ufa. This was reported at an operational meeting in the city hall by the head of the consumer market, tourism and consumer protection department, Askar Battalov.
"A roadmap has been developed for the implementation of the program "Ufa - the capital of children's tourism 2025", which includes 51 points. Of these, 43 points have been completed at present," said Askar Battalov.
As part of the roadmap, a Children's Tourism Council has been established, which includes schoolchildren, college students under 17. Active work is underway to promote the status of "Ufa - the capital of children's tourism". An electronic children's guide has been created, which contains basic information for young tourists. The guide is posted on the website of city institutions. By the end of the year, it is planned to design one trolleybus using the brand book "Capital of Children's Tourism".
This year, Ufa received the status of "Capital of Children's Tourism 2025" based on the results of the competition of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. As part of the roadmap, an expert landing and control visits of the international program "Cool Country" were carried out. The Ufa team won the program with the project "Black Gold of the Republic of Bashkortostan: the Secret of the Oil Empire".
"Together with tour operators, children's excursion routes have been developed. These are educational routes and creative excursions with the participation of costumed characters. For example, Sofya Aksakova, Humay, Ural Batyr. In addition, excursion programs to industrial enterprises are being implemented, rafting, multi-day tours, cultural and educational routes are organized, including for children with disabilities," Battalov emphasized.
The implemented set of events has increased the interest of children in recreation in the capital of the republic. The number of participants in hiking and excursion events has increased. In 2024-2025, tourism centers conducted more than 200 educational excursions, in which more than 4.5 thousand schoolchildren took part.
