In Bashkir city Salavat, doctors will be paid one million rubles

In Salavat, it was decided to provide a one -time social payment to doctors in the amount of 1 million rubles, which will be paid in parts - 20,000 rubles each month after employment. This became known at a meeting of a special commission in the city administration.

This decision makes Salavat the first and currently the only municipality of the republic, which provides such significant and complex support measures to medical workers.

The problem of the lack of qualified medical personnel is very relevant for the city. To date, 62 doctors and 69 nurses are not enough in Salavat hospitals.

In addition, in order to solve this system problem, the commission decided to provide the nurses and doctors of the apartment.

“Doctors need to pay - this is a specific job, not everyone will be able to be a doctor. We are aware of the colossal responsibility and work that doctors carry, and are ready to support them with all means, ”the head of the Salavat administration, Marat Zagidullin, emphasized the importance of the initiative.

It is reported that thanks to active work, employees from Neftekamsk and Ufa have already arrived in the city. In August, three more specialists are expected.
