Moscow-Ufa plane flew dangerously close to another aircraft
The planes were on converging courses.
As Telegram channel "Aviaincident" reported , on the night of July 21 in the area of the Moscow (Sheremetyevo) airfield, when aircraft were flying to Ufa and St. Petersburg north of the capital, the conflict situation indicator briefly worked, the planes were on converging courses. Meanwhile, the crews of the aircraft did not report the activation of the TCAS (air collision warning system), there was no threat of collision.
The fact is that in the area of the aviation incident, the actions of the dispatchers were limited due to the introduction of the "Carpet" signal and thunderstorm activity. In the end, everything worked out.
