Repairs have been completed on a 5.8 km section of the Ufa – Birsk – Yanaul road in Bashkortostan. The contractor renewed four segments of the highway in the Mishkinsky and Buraevsky districts. Workers milled the old pavement, laid two layers of new asphalt, reinforced the road shoulders, and applied horizontal road markings, according to the Ministry of Transport of Bashkortostan. The work was carried out as part of the national project “Infrastructure for Life.”
“The Ufa – Birsk – Yanaul road is part of Bashkortostan’s core network. It connects the republic’s capital with the northwestern districts and provides transportation links for residents of many localities. Thanks to the repairs, travel on this road will be much safer and more comfortable,” emphasized Minister of Transport and Road Infrastructure Lyubov Minakova.
