Scientists Warn of Possible Strong Geomagnetic Storms

A plasma ejection early on July 7 could become the largest this year — its size is about 1 million kilometers, Meteovesti reports. During its movement, the super-heated matter twisted like a tornado.
Unfortunately, this ejection occurred directly opposite Earth on the Sun’s visible side. Even if the stream moves upward, part of it may descend and affect our planet’s geomagnetic field in the coming days.
