Putin and Khabirov Congratulate Bashkir Resident on Her 100th Birthday

Zifa Safina, a resident of the Blagoveshchensky District, celebrated her 100th birthday. Anna Karabanova, the head of the municipality, shared the news. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov sent their congratulations to the centenarian.
Zifa Safinovna was born in the Yanaulsky District. Her family was repressed — her father was taken away by soldiers, and the girl, along with her five sisters and brothers and their mother, lived in a dugout.
Zifa Safina is a recipient of the Orders of Lenin and the Red Banner of Labor, as well as the Badge of Honor and around 20 other government awards.
