Ambulances in Bashkiria are now equipped with QR codes and a hotline number to improve communication and feedback between patients and the emergency medical service, according to the regional Ministry of Health.
Residents can use these channels to quickly share feedback, express gratitude to medical staff, or offer suggestions to improve the service. The QR codes allow users to submit feedback online, while the hotline operates 24/7 for inquiries and comments.
“The introduction of a feedback system will enable us to respond more promptly to your remarks and suggestions, which in turn will help improve the accessibility and quality of medical care,” the ministry noted.
