This achievement was the result of a large-scale program to modernize infrastructure and improve service levels, as reported by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
It is noted that certification preparation allowed the hotel not only to improve technical aspects but also to rethink its approach to hospitality. Service standards were raised, a team of professionals was recruited, and the range of services was expanded to include new room categories, 24-hour service, a modern spa complex, transfers, and gastronomic offers. As a result, the Bashkiria Hotel has retained its historical value and evolved into a five-star complex, offering a premium level of comfort.
