Future managers came to Bashkiria to study

As part of the cultural and educational component of the module, the program participants visited the Ishimbaysky district, according to the Voskhod newspaper reports. The correspondents climbed the Toratau shihan together with the guests.

Tigran Zanko, Director of the Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) program, told the publication that the first program in Russia for training senior management personnel began in 2019. It aims to exchange experiences in the field of public administration among regional experts.

According to him, the Toratau geopark appeared on the course participants’ itinerary for a reason. Tigran Zanko explained this by the fact that the “Balance of Interethnic and Interfaith Relations” module is being held in the republic, since it is here that there is a wealth of experience in effectively regulating these issues.

One of the module participants, Daria Kolcheva, teaches at the Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade. She became a participant in the program thanks to her victory in the "Leaders of the Renaissance" personnel competition.

"Today is only the first day of the program, and it has already turned out to be very eventful. This is my second visit to Bashkiria, but my first time in the Ishimbaysky District. In Ufa, we heard useful practical cases from the leadership of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This is exactly why I came - to learn new management practices. They are unique in each region," Daria Kolcheva shared her impressions.

Next, the DPA participants, along with the management team of Bashkiria, will visit other iconic sites in the republic, including the Ufimsky Industrial Park and the Museum of Nomadic Civilizations.
