More than 50 Bashkir tourists were able to fly from United Arab Emirates

There are 93 residents of our republic remaining in the UAE; they are waiting for departure on return flights, said Minister of Tourism and Entrepreneurship Zukhra Gordiyenko. According to her, everyone was accommodated in hotels and provided with food. According to the plans, the tourists will be able to get home in the coming days. Thus, over the past 24 hours, 51 residents of Bashkiria flew out of the United Arab Emirates. Earlier, Bashinform reported about 144 vacationers stuck in a foreign country.

Among them was Ufa resident Ulyana Kolpakova, who told our news agency that they had been unable to fly out of Sharjah for four days. Today, the girl shared good news.

“We are flying home. Now we are waiting to board a flight to Yekaterinburg. We will get there ourselves from here. 20 passengers from Ufa are flying out with us,” Ulyana told Bashinform.

Recall that FlyDubai and Air Arabia cancelled flights to Ufa and back amid the escalation of the conflict between Iran and Israel. Air Arabia has extended the cancellation of regular flights to and from Russia until June 30, inclusive, Rosaviatsia reported.
