Elena Prochakovskaya's criminal record has been expunged

The former head of the Bashkortostan Head's Department for Social Communications, Elena Prochakovskaya, had her criminal punishment overturned and her criminal record expunged early in Ufa. Let us recall that earlier, the Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region found her guilty of fraud, using her official position, and sentenced her to two years' probation.

As follows from the court ruling of June 16, 2025, the judicial body took into account the data on the "impeccable behavior" of the former official, as well as other factors. It is known that the decision was made based on Prochakovskaya's petition. The FSIN authorities supported the petition.
