Between January and May, commuter trains carried 1.1 million passengers on the Dema-Ufa-Iglino route. Passenger traffic is 14% higher than in the first five months of last year.
From Iglin, 1.7 times more passengers traveled towards Ufa — 170,000 people versus 106,000 people in 2024. This means that more than a thousand people traveled daily, and in 2024, the number decreased to 700.
Currently, 53 commuter trains operate within the Ufa agglomeration: 42 run daily, 8 on weekdays, and 3 on weekends. 25 routes are served by the Finist and Lastochka trains.
By 2030, passenger traffic in the Ufa agglomeration is expected to reach 6.5 million people.
