

The capital of Bashkiria became the first Russian city to receive the status of "World Craft City". The corresponding certificate was presented today to Ratmir Mavliev, the mayor of Ufa. For this purpose, a delegation of the World Craft Council AISBL arrived in Ufa.
The list of craft cities began to take shape in 2014 and now includes approximately 60 cities from Iran, India, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and other countries. Now this list includes Russia.
