

From September 1, new rules for awarding bonuses to employees will come into force in Bashkiria. The State Labor Inspectorate explained the innovations. Thus, when establishing bonus systems, employers will now be required to detail all the nuances: types and amounts of monetary incentives, terms, grounds, and conditions for their payment, including consideration of the quality, efficiency, and duration of work, as well as the presence or absence of disciplinary action. The new rules specify that if applied to an employee, the employer has the right to reduce the bonus amount only for the period in which the employee received a reprimand, and by no more than 20%.
