Ufa City Hall spoke about sports events on City Day

City Day will be filled with sports and physical culture events. The central venues will be the Ufa Arena and the Kashkadan Culture and Recreation Park. This was reported today by the Ufa Administration's Department of Physical Culture and Sports.

So, on June 12, the "From the Past to the Future" festival, dedicated to City Day, will be held for the second time. The program includes popular and in-demand disciplines among city residents, such as basketball and football, as well as phygital areas that are only just gaining widespread development: phygital basketball, parkour, and football. The festival will feature SUP races on Lake Kashkadan, open to all participants. To participate, register on the day of the event, which starts at 9:00. The 100-meter swims will begin at 10:00.

In addition, Kashkadan Park will host a sports and mass event for people with disabilities, organized by the Ufa Administration in collaboration with the disabled people's organization "Mir". The program includes: track and field races, figure driving in wheelchairs, kettlebell lifting, darts, standing long jumps, and shot put. Start at noon.

On the same day, on the square in front of the Ufa Arena, the best wrestlers of the republic will compete for medals in an open tournament in koresh wrestling for the Ufa Administration Cup. Athletes will once again compete for valuable prizes in the primary national sport, including a motorcycle and a trophy lamb. The competition will begin at 09:00.
