New work week in Bashkiria will end with three-day weekend
The upcoming work week in Bashkiria will be one day shorter. On Friday, June 6, the region will observe the Muslim holiday of Kurban Bayram, a public holiday and non-working day.
When granting annual paid leave, June 6 is not included in the total number of vacation days, meaning the leave is extended by one day. The working day on Thursday, June 5, will be shortened by one hour.
As previously reported by Bashinform, employees who work on Kurban Bayram (on shift, by schedule, etc.) are entitled to double pay.
