Register of debtors on alimony has earned in Russia
In Russia, the open register of debtors on alimony with 190 thousand records has earned, according to the telegram channel “Explain.rf”.
This is a list in which everyone can find information about the defector. The data includes those brought to administrative or criminal liability or put on the wanted list due to non-payment of debtors on alimony to maintain children under 18 years of age, adult but incompetent children, and disabled parents.
According to the law, the non-payer will be informed within a day whether he was included in the list or removed from it. Notification will come by regular mail, e-mail, or SMS. Data is deleted when a person pays off all the debt.
The generally accessible register of alimony is launched on the website of the Federal Bailiff Service.
