

Elena Krylova, a pastry chef from Sterlitamak, won third place at the World Championship in Pastry Decoration Art. She created a two-meter dessert inspired by the epic “Ural-Batyr,” which depicts the beautiful Khomai.
“The Bashkir legend of the daughter of the Moon and the Supreme Deity Samrau—Homay — became my inspiration,” Elena Krylova shared.
The competition had 800 participants from 37 countries. The pastry chef noted that she gained immense experience from participating in the international contest and thanked her fellow professionals and the organizers.
