State Duma deputy Elvira Aitkulova awarded Order of Friendship
State Duma deputy and Chairperson of the Presidium of the World Kurultai of Bashkirs, Elvira Aitkulova, was awarded the Order of Friendship by decree of the President of Russia. The award was presented to her by the Chairman of the State Assembly of Bashkortostan, Konstantin Tolkachev, at the award ceremony for the winners of the republican competition "Sober Village."
"It was Elvira Aitkulova who stood at the origins of the creation of the leading social project of our republic - the competition "Sober Village". The award was given to her for her contribution to the development of parliamentarism, active legislative activity, and many years of conscientious work," said Konstantin Tolkachev.
