A tree from Ufa was planted in Volgograd. Thanks to Ratmir Mavliev, the head of the administration of Bashkiria's capital, the sapling found its place in the Hero City.

Let us recall that the mayor went to Volgograd to participate in the general meeting of the Association of Volga Region cities.

“It has already become a good tradition in all the cities where we hold meetings to plant alleys. The cities of the Volga region have a wonderful tradition. In the cities where the meeting is held, it is customary to plant trees. Today, a tree was planted in the Hero City of Volgograd. Ufa residents who come to Volgograd will know that there is a piece of the capital of Bashkortostan here. I hope that our beautiful and tall tree will please everyone. Let our cities be the greenest and most beautiful,” Ratmir Mavliev said in a video message on his social media.
