In Bashkiria, the construction of a bridge across the Belaya on the Dyurtyuli-Achit road under construction has been completed. The engineering structure has successfully passed acceptance tests, the press service of the Avtodor company reports.
This bridge has become the largest project of the entire Dyurtyuli-Achit high-speed road under construction, which will be part of the extension of the M-12 "Vostok" highway to Yekaterinburg.
The acceptance committee checked the bridge's compliance with safety requirements and actual load-bearing capacity. Twelve dump trucks weighing 35 tons each drove onto the bridge. In addition, double road trains weighing up to 80 tons and 32 meters long tested the structure's load-bearing capacity.
The bridge, which crosses the river, is 813 meters long. Its structure stands on 11 supports, the highest of which is 29 meters.
About 700 people and 50 units of various equipment worked on the bridge's construction. Over 60,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete and more than 3.5 thousand tons of cast asphalt were used during the construction of the bridge over the Belaya.
In general, the readiness of the first stage of the Dyurtyuli-Achit road in the republic has exceeded 80%. Now work is underway to install barrier and mesh fences, curb stones, supports for road signs, apply markings, and install noise protection screens.
Work on lighting the road continues. Electricians laid about 800 thousand meters of electric cable, installed more than 5 thousand lighting poles, and the same number of innovative lamps with PLC modules. These devices will allow remote work control from an auxiliary control center, which will also function on the section of the road in Bashkiria. Now the readiness of this center is 90%. All information from transformer substations, telemetry, outdoor lighting systems, and CCTV cameras will flow here. With the help of special software, dispatchers can manage the entire traffic system online.
The entire Dyurtyuli-Achit highway in Bashkiria, the Perm Territory, and the Sverdlovsk Region is 275 km long.
This high-speed road will have 99 artificial structures, including overpasses, bridges, and pedestrian crossings.
