Ufa shows future look of Teatralnaya Street

At a government operational meeting, Ufa Mayor Ratmir Mavliev presented the concept for reconstructing Teatralnaya Street. According to the project, the entrance arch will be on the side of Pushkin Street. And on the street itself, there will be kiosks for trade, a ballet stage, a stage for city events, an amphitheater, an outdoor exhibition area, a gallery, light installations, and modern sculptures.

The transformation will require about 274 million rubles. Funding for two years has already been allocated, the mayor noted. Now, the process of checking the design and estimate documentation by the state examination is underway.

After the reconstruction, Teatralnaya Street will become a pedestrian street.
