Paid parking lots' operating hours have been approved in Ufa
Paid parking lots will open in the historical center of Ufa in the summer. Bashinform found out how they will function. Oleg Khmarin, Head of the Department of Transport and Communications of the Ufa Administration, told a news agency journalist that the operating hours of paid parking lots are from 7:00 to 21:00 on weekdays. On weekends and holidays, parking is free in certain sections of roads designated by the mayor's office.
Earlier, a list of municipal paid parking lots on public roads was approved in Ufa. City Mayor Ratmir Mavliev signed the corresponding resolution. The first stage of a single parking space in the city involves the creation of 1,188 parking spaces in the historical center. At least 10% of parking spaces will be provided for people with limited mobility. The cost per hour will be 40 rubles. Payment can be made through a mobile app, a website, via SMS messages, and at an ATM. A full launch of paid parking lots is expected in June.
