Young cadets from the city of Oktyabrsky put out burning grass. As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Bashkortostan, in early April, during a walk, 5th-grade students of school No. 12 saw a child nearby who was walking along the road and throwing lit matches on the ground. Suddenly, dry grass caught fire. Seeing this, the child got scared and ran away.
Makar and Emir rushed to help. While Makar called the firefighters, Emir began to put out the fire with improvised means. His sweater and the remains of snow on the street were used. By the time the firefighters arrived, the boys had localized the fire, preventing it from flaring up. The employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia completely extinguished the fire and praised the boys for their actions.
