135 new alleys to appear in Bashkiria
As part of the "Green Bashkiria" campaign, which will take place from April 19 to May 10, 135 new alleys will be planted in the republic. Irina Golovanova reported this at an operational meeting of the Bashkiria government.
The event will be dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. In honor of this event, thematic alleys will appear in the republic. Thus, in Sterlitamak, on Oktyabrya Avenue, an alley of 80 birches will be planted, in Salavat, 80 linden trees will be planted, and in Oktyabrsky, in Victory Park, 80 spruce trees will be planted. In Neftekamsk, it is planned to create an "Alley of the Future," where 100 large-sized pyramidal poplar seedlings will be planted. In Ufa, it is intended to plant 3 thousand large trees and 1700 shrubs, creating 3 thematic alleys.
This spring, 7700 large trees and 67 thousand other seedlings will be planted. More than 45 thousand people, including 5 thousand volunteers, will participate in the action.
