Ufa to renovate kindergarten in historic building for 34 million rubles

The Ufa administration has ordered the selection of a contractor to perform significant repairs to the Sofronova-Yanchevskaya House, a cultural heritage site of regional significance located at 13 Oktyabrskoy Revolyutsii Street. The building houses kindergarten No. 4.
According to the public procurement document, the historic building must have its worn-out roof elements replaced, wooden staircases replaced with metal ones, the foundation and basements reinforced, and the facade and doorways reinforced. The repairs will also affect the floors, ceiling, and walls. The wooden parts of the building must be covered with a fire-retardant coating. Restoration work and replacing the heating and water supply systems are planned.
The initial contract price is 34.1 million rubles. The work must be completed by November 10 of this year.
