Technical Olympiad winners named in Bashkiria

The winners of the Republican Technical Olympiad "Step into the Future" among schoolchildren were named in Bashkiria. It was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bashkiria and the Republican Children's Educational Technopark with the support of the region's leading universities.

As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Bashkiria, 107 talented schoolchildren from all over the republic participated in the intellectual competition. They demonstrated their knowledge and skills in areas such as electronics, applied physics, programming, internal combustion engines, design fundamentals, electrical engineering and electrical technology, industrial safety and industrial ecology, transport systems in the oil and gas industry, and construction. In addition, the Olympiad participants were given tours of the university laboratories.

Based on the results of the Olympiad, winners and prize-winners were determined in seven nominations.

In the direction of "Production Safety and Industrial Ecology," the team of Lyceum No. 4 of Baymak was recognized as the best. In the direction of "Internal Combustion Engines," there was no equal to the team of School No. 8 of Ufa. In "Programming," the winners were two teams from Meleuzovsky District.

In the direction of "Electronics" the 1st place was awarded to the team of the Children's Art Center of Tatyshlinsky District, in the direction of "Applied Physics" - students of Lyceum No. 1 of the village of Mishkino, in the direction of "Fundamentals of Design" - the team of the Children's Art Center of Bizhbulyaksky District, in the direction of "Transport Systems in the Oil and Gas Industry and Construction" - the team of Gymnasium No. 3 and the Station of Young Technicians of Meleuzovsky District.
