In the last 24 hours, emergency services in Bashkortostan received 69 reports of flooding. As reported by Bashinform, tonight in the Arkhangelsk region, due to the rise in the water level in the Inzer River, the village of Azovo was flooded. An operational headquarters was created on the spot. Seventy-four people and 32 equipment units from the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Emergency Situations, the Russian Emergencies Ministry, and the district administration assist the population.
