According to the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Earth's magnetic field is not very calm on March 17 — a weak storm is possible (no more than 4 points). Magnetic storms with a force of 5 points are predicted for March 26–28, but the situation may change in ten days.
Overall, the magnetosphere voltage remains elevated — as scientists explain, both the speed of the solar wind and the interplanetary magnetic field play a role here.
